                <width>211</width>
                <height>92</height>
                <alt>Step 3</alt>
            </image>
            <image>
                <name>6.jpg</name>
                <width>30</width>

        </text>
    </step>
    <step>
        <left>
            <image>
                <name>7.jpg</name>
                <width>30</width>
                <height>32</height>
                <alt>Step 4</alt>
            </image>
            <image>
                <name>9.jpg</name>
                <width>103</width>

            </image>
        </left>
        <stepnumber>4</stepnumber>
        <text>
            Use the 'Rectangular Marquee Tool' to select the outside
            of the little square border. Once you've done that go to <b>Edit&gt;Define Pattern</b>. Create a new blank layer. With the new layer active, go to <b>Edit&gt;Fill</b> and
            fill the layer with the new pattern that you have just created.
        </text>
    </step>
    <step>
        <left>
            <image>
                <name>11.jpg</name>
                <width>78</width>
                <height>84</height>
                <alt>Step 5</alt>
            </image>
        </left>
        <stepnumber>5</stepnumber>
        <text>
            Delete the layer that you started with. Now you should just have the one layer with the pattern on it,
            with this layer active, <b>Ctrl+click</b> (Mac: Command+click) on it to select the grid. With the whole
            grid selected, fill it with black to make it darker.
        </text>
    </step>
    <step>
        <left>

                <height>315</height>
                <alt>Step 6</alt>
            </image>
        </left>
        <stepnumber>6</stepnumber>
        <text>
            Hit <b>Ctrl+D</b> (Command+D) to deselect the pattern. Then, go <b>Filter&gt;Noise&gt;Add Noise</b> with these settings.
        </text>
    </step>
    <step>
        <left>
            <image>
                <name>ripple.jpg</name>
                <width>248</width>
                <height>276</height>
                <alt>Step 7</alt>
            </image>
        </left>
        <stepnumber>7</stepnumber>
        <text>
            Add a <b>Filter&gt;Distort&gt;Ripple</b> with these settings.
        </text>
    </step>
    <step>
        <left>
            <image>
                <name>finished.jpg</name>
                <width>250</width>
                <height>256</height>
                <alt>Step 8</alt>
            </image>
        </left>
        <stepnumber>8</stepnumber>
        <text>
            Once you've done that, hit <b>Ctrl+U</b> (Command+U) to bring up the Hue Saturation menu.
            Use these settings - Hue: 38, Saturation: 49, Lightness: 2. And you're done. It should turn out something like the image to the left.
