   <step>
      <left><image><name>pict1.gif</name><width>182</width><height>52</height><alt>Picture 1</alt></image></left>
	  <stepnumber>1</stepnumber>
	  <text>Start off by starting a new movie: <b>File>New</b>. Then go to <b>Modify>Movie</b> and change the width and height to whatever your prefference might be. The one I'm making is Width: 550 Height: 400. Then using the text tool, <image><name>../general/text.gif</name><width>25</width><height>24</height><alt>Text</alt></image> write whatever you want the text to say. I used font size 40 and Federation font.</text>
   </step>

   <step>
      <left><link><url>pict2a.gif</url><image><name>pict2.gif</name><width>218</width><height>70</height><alt>Picture 2</alt></image></link></left>
	  <stepnumber>2</stepnumber>
	  <text>Okay great, next you want to highlight the text, so the blue border is around it, and go <b>Insert>Convert to Symbol</b>. Choose name: "Text" and behavior as a Movie Clip. (You can click the image on the left to see a larger picture.)</text>
   </step>

   <step>
      <left><link><url>pict3a.gif</url><image><name>pict3.gif</name><width>218</width><height>70</height><alt>Picture 3</alt></image></link></left>
	  <stepnumber>3</stepnumber>
	  <text>Right Click on the text and choose <B>Edit In Place</B>. Now we're in the movie clip. On the timeline, you should see on the top left, the name of the layer entitled, "Layer 1". Double click that and rename it "Moving Text". Now select the text like we did before and <b>Insert>Convert to Symbol</b> again. This time name it "Text Over" and behavior as a graphic. You can click the image on the left to see a larger picture.</text>
   </step>

   <step>
      <left><link><url>pict4a.gif</url><image><name>pict4.gif</name><width>218</width><height>156</height><alt>Picture 4</alt></image></link></left>
	  <stepnumber>4</stepnumber>
	  <text>Now you want to select the text and press <b>Edit>Copy</b> and make a new layer <image><name>../general/newlayer.gif</name><width>13</width><height>13</height><alt>New Layer</alt></image>. Name the layer "Static Text". Ok, add a keyframe on both the layers up to 20. On the Moving Text, right click on the first frame and choose "Create Motion Tween". On the 20th Frame of the Moving Text, go to the effect tab, select Alpha from the drop down and choose 0% Opacity.</text>
   </step>

   <step>
      <left><image><name>pict5.gif</name><width>218</width><height>48</height><alt>Picture 5</alt></image></left>
	  <stepnumber>5</stepnumber>
	  <text>Finally, click the scale button <image><name>../general/scale.gif</name><width>24</width><height>22</height><alt>Scale</alt></image> and click the middle right white box on the text, and drag it as far as you want the effect to go. Go <B>File>Publish</B> and you're done. Not too hard was it? You can click the image on the left to see a larger picture.</text>
   </step>
